WNEREAS, the Department of Building and Safety of the City of Palm Desert, California, has copied onto mlcrofiche, offictal f11es, records, exhibits. permits and other documents of said department; and WHEREAS, said microfiche f11es may be stored and retained for sub- stantlally less cost than the original documents and with less hazard from flre and water damage. 0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, Cailfornia, as follows: 1. That the above recitatlons are true and correct and constitute the findings of the C1ty Council of thls case; and 2. That it does hereby approve the destructton of all documents, records or files (as set forth in ExhSbit "A", attached herein and made on microfiche); and 3. All permits, calculations, speciftcatlons, plans, tract maps and related information pertaining to all finalled/completed I construction prior to Apr11 1, 1987 are filed and are available for public use.
