WHEREAS, the Department of Building and Safety of the C1ty of Palm Oesert, Californla, has copied onto mlcrofiche, officlal files, records, exhibits, permits and other documents of said department; and WHEREAS, said microfiche files may be stored and retained fo� sub- stantially less cost than the original documents and with less hazard from fire and water damage. � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councfl of the City of Palm Desert, Cailfornia, as follows: l. Thet the above recitations are true end correct and constitute the findings of the City Council of this case; and 2. That it does hereby approve the destruction of ail doc�ments, records or files (as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached herein and made on microfiche); and 3. Al1 permtts, calculations, specifications, plans, tract maps and related in�ormation pertaintng to all finalled/completed constructton prior to Msy 1, 1987 are filed and are available for public use.
