WHEREAS, the Department of Building and Safety of_ the City of Palm Desert, California, has copied onto microfiche, official files, reco�ds, exhibits, permits and other documents of said department; and WHEREAS, said microfiche files may be stored and retained for sub- stantiaily less cost than the original documents and with less hazard from flre and water damage.
