The �vir�or�me.ntal L�act Report determir�ed the follawing in�acts to exist which can be mitigated as irxi.icated. A. Topography: Balar�ce, cut, and fill �-site. P.W. Conditia�s: 9 B. Soils and Geology Characteristics: (a) Constructian activity nnist oatq�ly with erigineers' report, ( b) A soils engineer shall ensure compliance with the report, and (c) Steps to reduce blawsand include watering of disturbed areas, phasing of activities to grade as small an area as feasible and provisian of ter�orary gro�uid oover for graded areas left undeveloped.
