I � � -- WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Palm Oesert, California. by Resolution No. 88-69, on June 23, 1988, adopted Aliocated Classifications� Authorized Positions. Compensation Plan and Related Employee 8enefits for positions in the City Service for Fiscal Year 1989-90. NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert. California as follows: SECTION 1. ALLOCATED CLASSIFICATIONS, SALARIES AND AUTHORIZED POSITIONS The following Allocated Classifications, Salaries and Position in the City service are authorized for each department for Fiscal Year 1989-90, until further modified, is hereby approved and adopted effective July 1. 1989 and the following Compensation Plan for positions in the City service for Fiscal Year 1989-90, until further modified, is hereby approved and adopted effective Juiy 1, 1989 as indicated on the Salary Schedules, attached hereto as Exhibit A. MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT The mileage reimbursement rate to employees required to use their car on City business shall be $0.31 per mile. In the case of employees who receive a monthly auto allowance, said mileage reimbursement shall be made only for that portion of trips which extend beyond a 25 mile radius of the Palm Desert City Hall.
