Wf�RFAS, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, did
on the 26th day of July, 1990 hold a duly r�oticed public hearir�g to consider
the request by JOE LADII�II�1 for map described abav�; and
Wf��E2FAS, said. application has cat�lied with the require�nents of the
"City of Palm Desert Procedure for Implementation of the California
Enviror�mental Quality Act, Resolutio� No. 80-89" in that the director of
community develo�xnent has determined that the project is a Class 15
categorical exe�tion; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all
testimony and az�ts, if any, of all interested perso�Ls desiring to be
heard, said City Council did firid the follawing facts and reascx�s to exist
to justify denial of the parcel map:
1. 'Phe site is rr�t physically suitable for the praposed density of
develognPxit due to inoa�ipatibility wi.th lot sizes,
shared access and deviatioaz fran original subdivision.

Desert, California, as follaas:
1. That the above recitations are true and oorrect and constitute the
findings of the council in this case;
