A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING 111E FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT N0.
19503-1 APPROVING THE AGREEMENT RELATING THERETO.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert,
CaliFornia, as follows:
( 1) The Final Subdivision Map of Tract 19503-1 , City of Palm Desert,
California� is hereby approve� as the official subdivision map of
said tract, subject to the conditians of the Tentative Map.
(2) The City Enyineer is authorized to receive tr�e improvement
security, as required by law, on behalf of the City, subject to
the approval of the City Attorney as to form.
(3) The City Engineer is directed to process the Final Map for
recording upon receipt of the required improvement security and
the payment of all fees.
