Wf�RE'AS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testinbny and ar�m�ents of all persor�s desirir�g to be heard, said city aa.uicil did find the follawir�g facts to axist to �ustify their actians: 1. The proposed office use is compatible with other existing and apprr�ved uses in the area. 2. The praposed use w:ill be ccmpatible with high traffic volumes on Highway 111.
