DESERT OR(VE NORTH AND ALESSANORO DR[VE [N SA[0 C[TY UNDER
THE PROVISIONS OF PART 3, DIVISION 9, OF TFIE STR£ETS s HIGN-
NAYS CODE OF TFIE STATE OF CAL[FORN[A.
WHEREAS. the City Council initiated proceedings to vacate a portion of
a street in the City of Palm Desert, more particutarly described in Exhibits "A"
and "B", at.tached hereto, and the City Council finds that said notices of such
vacation were published and posted, as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on the 23rd day of August, 1990. held a
pubiic hearing, as required by taw, at which hearing all persons interested in or
obJecting to the proposed vacation were heard, and said public hear°ng w��= duly
and regularly closed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert co� �red such
matter and finds from the evidence submitted that portions of the �nt-of-way
described as a portion of Pa�m Desert Drive North and Alessandro Drive in the
City of Palm Desert, Califor� • - . more - �-ticularly described in Exhibits "" ' 3nd

California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE � FOLLuwS:

That the following described portions of right-of-way knoan as Palm
Oesert Drive North and Alessandro Drive in the City of Palm Desert be vacated
sub,�ect to and retaining all public utility easements existing within said public
right-of-way. Said portion of street to be vacated is located in the City of
Pa 1 m Desert, County of R i vers i de, State of Ca 1 1 forn i a, and i s descr i bed as set
for�th in Exhibit "A", attached hereto.

The City Clerk of the City of Palm Desert, Califor•nia, shall cause a
certified copy of this resolution and order to be recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder of Riverside County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Palm
Desert, Cal ifornia, on this 23rd �y of August, 1990, by the fol lowing vote,

Parcel 1
That certain parcel of land, situated in the City of Palm Desert, County of
Riverside, State of Galifornia, being that portion of the land described in a
Grant Deed to the County of Riverside recorded October 21, 1963 in Book 3515,
Page 298 of Official Records, described as follows:
BE6INNING at the southeast corner of said Lot 20; thence along the soutfi line
of said Lot 20 and the south line of said Grant Deed South 89'S5'53" West 20.04
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave northeasterly and having a
radius of 20.00 feet, the northerly terminus of said curve shall be tangent to
a line parallel with and 20.00 feet east of the west line of said Lot 20; thence
along said curve northwesterly 14.45 feet through a central angle of 41'24'34"
to an intersection with the northerly line of said Grant Deed; thence along said
northerly line North 89'S5'S3" East 33.26 feet to the east line of said Lot 20;
thence along said east line South 00'10'41" East 5.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
CONTAINING: 0.003 Acres more or less.

Riverside, State of California, being that portion of the land described in a

526 of Official Records together with that portion of Lot "L," Black "B" of the
Palma Village Unit No. 6 filed in Book 20, Pages 81 through 83 of Maps, both in
the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County, described as follows:
CONMENCING at the northwesterly corner of said Lot "L"; thence along the north
line of said Lot "L" North 89'35'15" East 20.00 feet to the proposed Right-of-
Way of Portola Avenue and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along
said north line and the south line of that certain parcel of land described in
Instrument No. 336518 of Official

northerly of the centerline of State Highway 111 as shown on said Palma Village
Unit No. 6; thence along said curve southerly and southwesterly 31 .34 feet

RESOLUTION NO. 90-113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT,
CALIFORNIA, VACATING A PORTION OF RIGHT -OF -MAY KNOWN AS PALM
DESERT DRIVE NORTH AND ALESSANDRO DRIVE IN SAID CITY UNDER
THE PROVISIONS OF PART 3, DIVISION 9, OF THE STREETS E HIGH-
WAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Council initiated proceedings to vacate a portion of
a street in the City of Palm Desert, more particularly described in Exhibits "A"
and "B", attached hereto, and the City Council finds that said notices of such
vacation were published and posted, as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on the 23rd day of August, 1990, held a
public hearing, as required by law, at which hearing all persons interested in or
objecting to the proposed vacation were heard, and said public hearing was duly
and regularly closed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert considered such
matter and finds from the evidence submitted that portions of the right-of-way
described as a portion of Palm Desert Drive North and Alessandro Drive in the
City of Palm Desert, California, more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and
"B", attached hereto and made a part of.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
I
That the following described portions of right-of-way known as Palm
Desert Drive North and Alessandro Drive in the City of Palm Desert be vacated
subject to and retaining all public utility easements existing within said public
right-of-way. Said portion of street to be vacated is located in the City of
Palm Desert, County of Riverside, State of California, and is described as set
forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto.

The City Clerk of the City of Palm Desert, California, shall cause a
certified copy of this resolution and order to be recorded in the Office of the
