WATER In te.zms of i�act on drainage and water usage, the library is part of a master plaru�ed facility c�esigi�ed to oonsexv�e water and drain in a safe, effective manr�er. While water usac,3e will ir�crease Cn the site because it is rx�t lcx�ger vacant, the measures adapted as part of the site's ma.ster plan--variety of landscaPin9, drip irrigation systen with controls assurps that tt�e i�act . will n�t be si�ificant. 4. ANIMAL LIFE Outside of field mice ar�d an occasional =oad rur�er the site is wid of animal iife. The field mice are ryot of rare or endar�.red variety.
