WHEREAS, the C1ty Council of the C1ty of Palm Desert, Califo�nta, finds this change to be �usttfiable and desirable. NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ctty of Palm Desert, as follows: (1) That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the findings of the Council 1n this case. (2) That it does hereby approve a street name change for the section of Portola Avenue that dead ends 2,000 feet e�ast of Highway 74 to india� Hills Way. (3) That the City Clerk 1s hereby directed to notify all affected property owners, all local law enforcement agencies, fire protectio� agencles, and other public and private agencies ahlch may have an interest in this street nartk chan9e.
