CASE N0. PP 89-34 WHEREA.S, the City Council of the City of Palm De.sert, California, did an the lOth day of May, 1990, Yx�ld a duly r�ticed public hearing to con,sider the request of RAY PATSQ3ECK AI�ID BILL ROSSWORN to ooa�.sider the above mentioned pmject; and WHEREAS, said application has cariplied with the r�gur�ents of the "City of Palm Desert Procedu��e for Implementation of the California Ehvironmerital Quality Act, Resolut�on No. 80-89, " in that the director of oanrnuiity developnent has detexmi.ned that the project will not have a significant negative �mpact on the envirorunent; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and argwnents, if any, of all interested persai�.s desiring to be heard, said city council did find the follawing facts and rea_�on.s to exist to justify granting appraval of said precise plan: 1. The design of the precise plan will not substantially depreciate property values, nor be materially injurious to properties or improv�nents in the vicinity. 2. The precise plan will n�t unreasoriably interfere with the use or enjoy►nent of property in the vicinity by the occupants thereof for lawful purposes. 3. The precise plan will not endanger the public peace, health, safety or general welfare. IJOW, Tf�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVID by the City Co�cil O�' the City of Palm Desert, California, as follays: � 1. That the above recitations are true and c�orrect and �ronstitute the findings of the city council in this case. 2.
