NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councii of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follows: i . That the above recitations are true and correct and canstitutes the findings of the City Council of this case; and 2. That it does hereby approve the destruction of all documents, records or files (as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached he�ein and made on microfiche) ; a�d 3. All permits. calculations, specifications, plans, tract maps and related information pertaining to all finalled/completed construction prior to August 1 , 1991 are filed and are available for public use.
