The City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, does hereby DETERMINE, ORDER, and RESOLVE as follows: I That it intends to, and by this resolutiun does, initiate proceedings under the provislons of Part 3, Division 9, of the Streets and Highways Code, to vacate a portion of public right-of-way described as a portion af San Nicholas Ave�ue and Catalina Way in the City of Palm Desert, California, more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached riereto, sub,ject to and retairiing any and all public utility easements existing upon or under said public right-of-way. [I That the hour of 7:00 p.m. on the 14th day of November, 1991 , in the Council Chamber, 73-510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place of hearing all pers�ns interested in or ob,jecting to the proposed vacation of said street. III That the Ctty Clerk is hereby instructed to publish notice of said hearing in the Palm Desert Post once at least teri ( 10) days before the date of the hearing, and the city officials of the City of Palm Desert are hereby instructed to post notice of such vacation, as required by law, at least ten (l0) days before the ciay set for hearing.
