HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 91-023 . . � RESOLUTION N0. 91-23 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE C[TY OF PALM DESERT, CAI.IFORNIA� SETTING FORTH ITS FINOINGS AND AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF FILES FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING AND SAFETY THAT HAVE BEEN MICROFILMED. WHEREAS� the Department of Building and Safety of the City of Palm Desert. California, has copied onto microfiche, official files, records, exhibits, permits and other documents of said department; and WHEREAS, said microfiche files may be stored and retained for sub- stantfally less cost than the original documents and with less hazard from fire and water damage. � NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, Cailfornia, as follows: 1 . That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the findings of the City Council of this case; and 2. That it does hereby approve the destruction of all documents, records or files (as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached herein and made on micrafiche) ; and 3. All permits, calculations, specifications, plans, tract maps and related information pertaining to all finalled/completed construction prior to Dece�be� 1, 1990 are filed and are available for public use.
