SEQ. OF T}IE C1LL.IFOR1lIA STREETS 3 HIGH- MAYS CODE FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF LANOSCAPING AND IIGHTING DISTRICT ND. 4(TRACT 8237) FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-92. WHEREAS, the City of Palm Oesert did. pursuant to the Landscaping and lighting Act of 1972� create Landscaping and Lighting District no. 4 by Resolution No. 78-39 and WHEREAS. an expense estimate has been prepared by the City Engineer for the operation and maintenance of said district for 1991-92; and WHEREA5. attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and by reference made a t�art hereof is a repo�t of the City Clerk setting forth the fund and parcel numbers in the amounts of the assessments attributable to each Darcel of iand within said district. Satd charges are in comp{iance With Section 22620 et. seq. of the California Streets and Highways Code and said charges are levied without regard to property valuation. Said amounts and fund and parcei numbers have been verified and certified correct by the City Clerk. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Oesert. California. that the Board of Supervisors. County of Rive�side, is hereby respectfully requested to authorize the county assessor to enter said assessments against each parcel as set forth in Exhibit "A" of this resolutio� pu�suant to Section 22640 et. seq. of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. PA55ED. APPROVEO. and AOOPTED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert.
