OF THE STREETS A1� HIGFMiAYS CODE, AND FiXING A T[ME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION. The City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California� does hereby DETERMINE, ORDER, and RESOLYE as follows: � That it intends to, and by this resolution dues, initiate proceedings under the provisions of Part 3, Division 9, of the Streets and Highways Code, to vacate a portion oF p�blic right-of-way described as a portio� of Dese�t Mtrage Drive in the City of Patm Desert, Californla, m�re part(culdrly described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attaci��ed hereto, subject to and retaining any and a{1 pubiic utility easements existfny upun or under said public rigf�t-of-way. II Ttiat ti-►e hour of 7:00 p.m. on the 26th day of September, 1991, in the Council Chamber, 73-510 Fred Waring Orive, Palm Desert, California, is f�ereby fixed as the time and place af hearing ali persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation of said street.
