A RESOlUTION OF THE CITY COUfdCIL OF THE CITY OF pALM DESERT,
CALIFORNIA, INITIATING PROCEEDINGS TO VACATE A PORTION OF
RIGHT-OF-kAY KNOrIl1 AS DESERT MIRAGE DRIVE UNDER THE PROVISIONS
OF PART 3, DIVISION 9. OF THE STREETS A1� HIGFMiAYS CODE, AND
FiXING A T[ME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN
OR OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION.
The City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California� does
hereby DETERMINE, ORDER, and RESOLYE as follows:

That it intends to, and by this resolution dues, initiate
proceedings under the provisions of Part 3, Division 9, of the Streets and
Highways Code, to vacate a portion oF p�blic right-of-way described as a
portio� of Dese�t Mtrage Drive in the City of Patm Desert, Californla, m�re
part(culdrly described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attaci��ed hereto, subject to
and retaining any and a{1 pubiic utility easements existfny upun or under
said public rigf�t-of-way.

Ttiat ti-►e hour of 7:00 p.m. on the 26th day of September, 1991, in
the Council Chamber, 73-510 Fred Waring Orive, Palm Desert, California, is
f�ereby fixed as the time and place af hearing ali persons interested in or
objecting to the proposed vacation of said street.

That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to publish n�tice oF
said heartng i�� thE Palm Desert Post once at least ten (10) days before the
date of the hearing, and tl�e City �Fficial5 of the City of Palm Desert are
hereby instructed to post notice of such vacation, as required by laN, at
least ten (10) days before the day set for hearing.
PASSED, AFPROVED, and ADOPTED by the City Cou�cil of the City of
