WHEREAS, the Department of Building and Safety of the City of Palm Desert, California, hae copied onto microfiche� official files, records, exhibits, permits and other documents of said department; and 41HEREAS, said microfiche files may be stored and retained for � substantially leas cost than the original documents and Mith less hazard from fire and rater damage. HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follovs: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitutes the findings of the City Council of this case; and 2. That it does hereby approve the destruction of all documents� records or files (as set forth in Exhibit 'A', attached herein and made on microfiche); and 3.
