WHEREAS, the Departn�ent of Building and 5afety of the Gity of Palm Desert, California, has copied onto microfiche, official filea, records, exhibits� permite and other documente of eaid department; and WNEREAS, said microfiche files may be stored and retained for substantially lese cost than the original docu�nents and vith leee hazard from fire and rater damage. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City � of Palm Desert, California, aa follovs: � 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitutea the findings of the City Council of this caae; and 2. That it does hereby approve the destruction of all docu�Qnts, records or files taa aet forth in Exhibit 'A•, attached herein and made on microfiche); and 3. All perwita, calculations, apecificatione, plans, tract n�aps and related information pertaining to all finalled/co�pleted construction prior to F'ebruary 1, 1992, are fil�d and are available for public use.
