NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: I That the following described public rights -of -way known as Jones Drive, Harrison Drive, and Armour Way (Lots 0, C, D, and E of Tract 23940- 1, MB 235/60-63) be vacated subject to and retaining all public utility easements existing within said public rights -of -way. Said public rights - of -way to be vacated are described as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto.
