(�pril 1, 1992) WHEREAS, the Department of Building and Safety of the City of Palm Desert, California, hae copied onto microfiche, official filee� recorda, exhibits, permits and other documents of said department; and wHEREAS, said �icrofiche filee may be stored and retained for substantially lesa cost than the original documenta and vith leae hazard from fire and vater damage. HOW� THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, as iollora: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and conatitutes the findings of the City Council of tnis ceae; and 2. That it doea hereby approve the destruction of all docu�ente, recorde or filee (as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached herein and �ade on microfiche); and 3.
