(�Iay 1, 1992) WHEREAS, the Department of Building and Safety of the City of Pal� Desert, California, hae copied onto microfiche, official files, records, exhibits, permits and other docu�ents of said depart�ent; and WHEREAS, said microfiche files may be etored and retained for substantially less cost than the original documents and Mith less hazard from fire and Mater damage. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, ae follore: 1. That the above recitation� are true and correct and constitutee the findinga of the City Council of thie caee; and 2.
