(JULY 1993) WHEREAS, the Uepartment of Building and Safety of the City of Palm Desert, California, has copied onto microfiche, official fiies. records, exhibits, permits and other documents of said department; and WHEREAS, said microfiche files may be stored and retained for substantially less cost than the original documents and vith less hazard from fire and vater damage. NOM� THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follovs: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitutes the findings oi the City Council of this case; and 2. That it does hereby approve the destruction of all documents� records or files cas set forth in Exhibit •A•, attached herein and made on microfiche); and 3. All permits, calculations, specif�cations� plans, tract maps and related informatxon pertaining to all finalled/completed construction prior to Auguat 1, 1993 , are filed and are available for public use.
