(SEPTEKBER 1993) WHEREAS, the Department of Building and Safety o� the City of Palm Uesert, California, has copied onto microiict�e, official files, records, exhibits, permits and other documents of said department; and WHEREAS, said microfiche files may be stored and retained for substantially less cost than the original ducuments and with less hazard from iire and water damage. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESULVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, as folloxs: �. That the above recitations are true and cor:ect and constitutes the findings of the City Council of this case; and �. That it does hereby approve tt,e destruction of all documents, records or files (as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached herein and made on micro�iche); and �. Ail permits, calcu;ations, specifications, plans, tract maps and related information pertaining to all finalled/completed construction prior to UctoLer i, i993 , are i'iled and are available for public use.
