(FEBRUARY 1994) WHEREAS, the Department of Building and Safety of the City of Palm Desert, California, hae copied onto microfiche, official files, records. exhibits, permits and other documents of said department; and WHEREAS, said microfiche files may be etored and retained for subatantially less cost than the original documents and with less hazard from fire and vater damage. NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cauncil of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitutes the findings of the City Council of this case; and 2. That it does hereby approve the destruction of all documents. records or files (as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached herein and made on microfiche); and 3.
