RESOLUTION NO. 94-48
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PALM DSS�RT, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY INTO THE CITY STREET
SYST�SM.

WHEREAS, by an offer of Dedication ACD2 irrevocably offered
for dedication for public road purposes, real property in the
City of Palm Desert, County of Riverside, State of California,
described as follows:
See $xhibits "A” and "B" attached hereto and made a
part hereof; and
WHBREAS, the purpose of the dedication was to provide a
public road right-of-way, 60-feet in width, for the realignment
of Painters Path; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to formally accept
said dedication into the City's street system.
NOW, THFRBFORE, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert,
California, DOBS HBRSBY R$SOLV�.as follows:
Section 1: the property described above, is hereby
accepted into the City's street system.
PASSED, APPROVSD AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April , 1994,
by the following vote:

OFFER OF DEDICATION
ACD2, the owner of real property located in Palm Desert, California and
described in the attached Exhibit A and Exhibit B and incorporated herein,
hereby makes an irrevocable offer of dedication of that property to the City of
Palm Desert, for street purposes.
The City of Palm Desert shall incur no liability with respect to this offer of
dedication and shall not assume any responsibflity for the offered property or
any improvements to the property, until this offer has been accepted by
appropriate action of the City Council.
The provisions of this offer shall inure to the benefrt of and be binding upon the
heirs, successors, assigns, and personal represer�tatives of the respective
parties to the offer. � .
