NOM. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLYED by the City Council of the City of Palr� Desert, California, as follore: 1. That the above recitatione are true and correct and constitutea the iindinge of the City Council af this case; and 2. That it does hereby approve tAe destruction of all documents, records or iiles (as set iorth in Exhibit "A•, attached herein and made on microfiche); and 3. All permits, calculations. specifications, plans, tract maps and related iniormation pertaining to all finalled/conpleted construction priar to October 1. 1996, are iiled and are available for public uae.
