(FEBRUARY 1997) WHEREAS, the Department of Building and Safety of the C1ty of Palm Desert, California, has copied onto microfiche, oificial files, records, exhibits, permite and other documents of said department; and WHEREAS, said microfiche files may be etored and retained for substantially less cost than the original documents and with less hazard from fire and rater damage. NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitatione are true and correct and conetitutes the findings of the City Council of thie case; and 2. That it does hereby approve the destruction oi all documents, records or files (as set forth in Exhibit "A•, attached herein and made on microfiche); and 3.
