(DECE!lBER 19961 VfHEREAS, the Department of Building and Safety of the City of Palm Desert, California, has copied onto microfiche, official files, records, exhibits, permits and other documents of said department; and WHEREAS, said microfiche filea may be stored and retained for substantially lesa cost than the original documents and with less hazard from fire and rater damage. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follors: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitutes the findings of the City Council of this case; and 2. That it doea hereby approve the destruction of all documents. records or files (as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached herein and made on microfiche); and 3. All permits, calculations, specif ications, plans, tract maps and related information pertaining to all finalled/completed construction prior to January 1, 1997, are filed and are available for public use.
