Motion was seconded by Spiegel and carried by a 4-0-1 vote with Councilman Crites ABSENT. AUGUST 27, 1998 REQUEST FOR CONSIDERATION OF APPEAL TO A DECISION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMISSION APPROVING PLANS FOR TWO SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS TO BE LOCATED AT 74-525 AND 74-515 DAYLILY CIRCLE, Case No. MISC 98-3 (Daniel and Maryanne Shillito, Harold and Alma Armbrust, Robert and Lori Dickey, Monty and Gina Sorensen, Mark and Rosalyn Weissmann, Ignacio and Jenell Del Rio, David and Vicki McFarland, and Bud Meyer, Appellants) (Continued from the meetings of May 14, June 11, and July 9, 1998) For the purpose of clarification, Mayor Pro-Tempore Spiegel moved to split the difference in the square footage dispute between the homeowners and the builder and approve 2,500 square feet as the minimum size for the homes being built by Mr. Tirre's company. Motion was seconded by Kelly and carried by a 4- 0-1 vote with Councilman Ferguson ABSENT. RESOLUTION NO. 98-103 — Modifying a Decision of the Architectural Review Commission Approving Plans for Single Family Dwellings at 74-525 and 74-515 Daylily Circle (Lots 28 and 29, Tract 24287). CASE NO. MISC 98-3. DECEMBER 10, 1998 Mayor Pro-Tempore Crites moved to, by Minute Motion, determine that the action taken under Resolution No. 98-103 required that the 2,500 square foot minimum home size be under one roof. Motion was seconded by Benson and carried by a 4-0-1 vote, with Councilman Ferguson ABSTAINING.
