Our current franchise agreement allows us to seek 50% of CPI or .5%, to offset cost increases we experienced during the year. Waste Management of the Desert seeks to adjust service rates by this S% CPI factor. Ann Errebo will forward proposed rate sheets under separate cover. Please advise us of the date this request will be on the agenda for council approval. We would like to have this completed by June 1st to allow for adequate data entry time.
