CONSIDERATION OF REQUEST BY LAMB ARCHITECTS ON BEHALF OF
HAMPTON INN FOR APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT AND PRECISE PLAN/CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR A THREE-STORY, 88-ROOM HOTEL TO BE CONSTRUCTED
ON 2.4 ACRES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF GERALD FORD DRIVE,
APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET WEST OF COOK STREET, 74-900 GERALD
FORD DRIVE; REQUEST INCLUDES APPROVAL OF A MASTER PLAN OF
DEVELOPMENT FOR THE THREE LOTS FRONTING ON GERALD FORD
DRIVE WEST OF COOK STREET AND AN APPROVAL OF TOWER
ELEMENTS IN EXCESS OF 35 FEET ON THE HAMPTON INN Case No.
PP/CUP 00-27 (Lamb Architects, Applicant).
By Minute Motion, deny the project without prejudice and return the case to
the Planning Commission to be coordinated with the adjacent project(s).
