( September 2001 ) WHEREAS, the Department of Building and Safety of the City of Palm Desert, California, has copied onto microfiche, official files, records, exhibits, permits and other documents of said department; and WHET'°I.NS, said microfiche files may be stored and retained for substantially less cost than the = iginal documents and with Tess hazard from fire and water damage. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, Califori iia, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitutes the findings of the City Council of this case; and 2. That it does hereby approve the destruction of all documents, records or files (as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached herein and made on microfiche); and 3. All perrnits, calculations, specifications, plans, tract maps and related information pertairftng to all finaled / completed construction prior to October 1, 2001, are filed and are available for public use.
