NO ACTION TAKEN
CONSIDERATION OF THE FORMATION OF THE PALM COURT
LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING DISTRICT.
The District was defeated with "Yes" ballots cast in the amount of $2,126.88
(30%) and "No" ballots cast in the amount of $4,962.72 (70%). Therefore,
no action was taken on the resolutions as listed on the Agenda (Nos. 02-45,
02-46, and 02-47), but staff was asked to return to the Council with a report
on what the next step would be for this area.
