DIRECTED MATTER TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION, REGARDING APPEAL OF PLANNING
COMMISSION ACTION, APPROVING A SECOND UNIT IN A SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE AT 74-041 SAN MARINO CIRCLE Case No. CUP 02-16
(Jerome M. Beauvais, Applicant) (Douglas & Kathleen Kopp Appellants).
For clarification purposes, Councilman Crites moved to, by Minute Motion,
directed the matter to the Planning Commission for its consideration and
recommendation back to the City Council. Motion was seconded by
Ferguson and carried by a 4-1 vote, with Councilman Kelly voting NO.
No action on the Resolution.
