A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP (TPM), TO
SUBDIVIDE AN 11.8 ACRE PARCEL INTO TWO (2) LOTS AND A PRECISE
PLAN (PP) OF DESIGN TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF 144
AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS WITH AMENITIES. THE PROPOSED
