CA 2911 SEP 23 Aid I I: 27 RESOLUTION NO.2011- 74 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, VACATING EXCESS PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF LOT "C", MOUNTAIN RIDGE, AND THE EMERGENCY VEHICULAR ACCESS EASEMENT OVER THE SAME PORTION OF LOT "C", MOUNTAIN RIDGE, AND OVER LOT "I", A COACHELLA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT TANK SITE, TRACT NO. 28575-3, IN CANYONS AT BIGHORN, UNDER PROVISIONS OF DIVISION 9, PART 3, CHAPTER 4 OF THE CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE WHEREAS, the subject vacation is made pursuant to the requirements of the California Streets and Highways Code, Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert considered such matter and finds from the evidence submitted that the easements described in Exhibits,"A", "B", "C", and "D", attached' hereto and made a part hereof, are. in excess and are unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes and that there are no in -place public utility facilities within the described area that don't already have other easements for those facilities.
