JANUARY 8, 2015 — Councilmember Harnik offered a substitute motion to continue the matter to the meeting of January 22, 2015, with staff directed to research and be able to respond to the question of legality of a mid -block pedestrian crosswalk installation, with associated indicators and signage. Motion was seconded by Spiegel. Mayor Weber re -opened the public hearing and called for the vote, and the motion carried by a 5-0 vote (AYES: Harnik, Jonathan, Spiegel, Tanner, and Weber; NOES: None). JANUARY 22, 2015 — Councilman Jonathan moved to, by Minute Motion, direct staff to prepare a resolution to bring back before City Council at its next meeting, with similar conditions as in the replacement Resolution No. 2015-06 presented earlier this afternoon, removing the conditions regarding days/hours of operation and also removing Condition No. 5 in its entirety. Motion was seconded by Tanner. Mayor Weber called for the vote and the motion carried by a 4-0 vote (AYES: Harnik, Jonathan, Tanner, and Weber; NOES: None; ABSENT: Spiegel). FEBRUARY 12, 2015 — Councilman Jonathan moved to waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2015-10, approving a Large Family Day Care Use Permit for a Maximum of 14 Children Located at 74085 Fariway Drive, Subject to Conditions, Case No. Large Family Day Care Use Permit 14-188 (Samantha Clark, Applicant). Mayor Weber called for the vote and the motion carried on a 3-2 vote (AYES: Jonathan, Tanner, and Weber; NOES: Harnik and Spiegel)
