A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPP ENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A
PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT EXECUTION FOR PROJECT
MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE.
WHEREAS, the Agency does desire to continue its program
of increment financed capital improvements; and
WHEREAS, the personal services of Leslie S. Pricer, a
former Agency employee, can be utilized on an occasional contract
basis; and
WHEREAS, said contract is attached as Exhibit "A"
NOW, T EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Executive Director be authorized to negotiate and execute a
contract for said services.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED on this 28th day of
December , 1978, by the following vote, to wit:

FOR ASSISTANCE IN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
E X H I B I T "A"
This Agreement, made this 28th day of December , 1978/79 by and between the
City of Palm Desert, Riverside County, California, Redevelopment Agency
(hereinafter called "Agency") and Leslie S. Pricer'(a former Redevelopment Agency
Employee), hereinafter called "Consultant".
This Contract is for personal services to provide project management assistance
to bring current Agency budgeted projects to construction completion.
SECTION I
Services to be performed by Consultant:
Consultant shall perform in a diligent manner the following services:
1) Frontage Road Conversion Project Coordination
2) Property Acquisition Coordination between Agency, Attorney and
Property owners
3) Easement Deed preparations for Parking Lot construction and Property
owner negotiations.
4) Appraisal Request and Title Search coordination for Parking Lot
construction.
SECTION-2
Payment for Services:
For services to be.performed, at the request of the Executive Director, to
accomplish projectr'compietion in a timely fashion: .• ,-- -�,
a) Hourly fee of $12.50
b)- Transportaiion•expenses at .19 cents per milei
c) Miscellaneous exPenses at cost incurred
d) Services billed not to exceed $2,000 per month for each month service
is requested (exclusive of miscellaneous expense)

At the election of either the Agency or the Consultant upon a 10 (ten) day'
written notification, this contract can be terminated by addressing said noti-
fication to: '

Services rendered, upon vucx���� request by the Executive Director, will be
billed on a monthly basis and payment will be to Consultant at above mentioned
address. Payment shall be due and payable within 10 (ten) days from presenta-
tion of claim for payment.
