A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DEED.
WHEREAS, the property described in the attached (Exhibit
"A") Deed generally known as the "Airlansea" building has been
successfully negotiated for.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the attached (Exhibit
"B") Certificate of Acceptance be ordered delivered to the City
National Bank Escrow to close escrow for said deeded property.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED on this 26th day of
July , 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
