A RESOLUTION OF THE PALM
APPROVING THE FINAL OWNER
— METHOD OF RELOCATION AND
COUNCIL fOR PROJECT AREA NO
DESERT REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
PARTICIPATION RULES, FINAI
AGENCY REPORT TO THE CITY

THE PALM DESERT REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY FIND,
DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER A5 FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency (the
"Agency") is required to prepare owner participation rules for
property owners in proposed Project Area No. 3 of the Agency (the
"Project Area") pursuant to Sectian 33380 and 33381 af the Health
and Safety Code.
SectSon 2. Pursuant to Section 33411 and 33352 of the
Health and Safety Code. the Agency is required to prepare a
method of re l ocat i on for fam i l i es and persons, and non-prof i t
local community institutions to be temporarily or permanently
dispiaced from the Project Area.

Pursuant to Section 33352 of the Health and
Agency must prepare and submit to the City
concerning the proposed Redevelopment Plan for
Sectian 4. The steff of the Agency has prepared a Method
-` of Relocation and Rules Governing Participation and Re-Entry
Preferences for Property Owners, Operators of Businesses, and
Tenants in the Project Area (the "Owner Participation Rules") and
the Agency Repart to the City Council and the Agency hereby
approves and adopts the final Method of Relocation, the final
Owner Participation Rules and the Agency Report to the City
Council for Project Area No. 3, all of which are now on file in
the office of the City Clerk and are available for public
inspection.
Section 5. The finel Owner Participation Rules, and the
final Method of Relocatio� shall be trensmttted to appropriate
persons and entities, and made available for public inspection.
Section 6. The Execut i ve D i rector of the Agency i s
hereby authorized and directed to transmit to the City Council
the Agency Report to the City Council and the proposed
Redevelopment Plan.
