A RESOLUTION OF THE PALM DESERT REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ESTABLISHING AND SETTING THE GREEN FEES
— FOR THE DESERT WILLOW GOLF RESORT
WHEREAS, the Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency has developed a pubfic
golf course to provide for recreational facilities in accordance with the Redevelopment
Plan for Project Area No. 2; and
WHEREAS, the Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency has certain obligations in
accordance with that certain agreement with the Management Company of the Golf
Resort to establish and set said green fees; and
WHEREAS, the Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency desires to provide for
reasonable rates to pfay said golf course for its residents of the City; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Palm Desert Redevelopment
Agency hereby establishes the green fees for the Desert Willow Golf Resort as outlined
in attached Exhibit A;
ALSO BE IT RESOLVED, that the Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency
reserves the ability to adjust said rates from time to time.
