HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 32------ -- .- -•• ---la — any regutat3.on contained in Ordinance No. 348 of the County of Riverside as amended, the following shall govern heights of fences with regard to tennis courts. "Tennis courts. To enclose tennis courts, fences over six feet in height shall be permitted provided that the portion of the fence or structure higher than six feet shall be composed of wire mesh or -other material whose vertical surface is.not more than ten percent solid. The maximum height of said fence shall be ten feet in height and shall not be permitted or installed prior to apj�rovii- by the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert conducted in accordance with Section 18.26 of Ordinance No. 348 as amended." SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause Y this ordinance to be posted in three public places, in accordance with Resolution No. 74-17 and Section 36933 of the Government Code of the StateofCalifornia.
