lS.4i-t.01 Density Desianatia►lR-2 i R-3 Districts
In addition to -the designations indicated for various districts in Section 2S.45-2.01
and 2S.46-2.03, the City Council may direct that a density designation indicating
slatimaa site area per unit be affixed to district classifications in the A-2
and R-3 Districts. The density designation shall be affixed to the district -desig-
nation according to the following schedule:

As an example, if the City Council should set a minimum site area requirement
-of 4.OD0 square feet per unit in a multiple family residential district with
* sinimum lot size of 12,000 square feet. the Zoning Map designation wculd
read R-3-12.000 (4). If no minimum site area per unit designation is indicated
on the Zoning Map, the minimum indicated in the District's development standards
Shall apply.
2S.46-2.05 Density Designation PR District
In addition to any other designation indicated for various'districts, the
City Council may direct that a density designation indicating maximum dwelling
units per gross acre be affixed to the PR Zone suffix. For example, PR-1
shall mean Planned Residential, one dwelling unit per acre.
