The density designation shall be affixed to the district -desig- nation according to the following schedule: i- Per unit in square -Feet Density Designation on Map 3,000 3 4,000 4 5.000 5 - 6,000 6 7,000 7 ' 8,000 8 9,000 9 As an example, if the City Council should set a minimum site area requirement -of 4.OD0 square feet per unit in a multiple family residential district with * sinimum lot size of 12,000 square feet. the Zoning Map designation wculd read R-3-12.000 (4). If no minimum site area per unit designation is indicated on the Zoning Map, the minimum indicated in the District's development standards Shall apply. 2S.46-2.05 Density Designation PR District In addition to any other designation indicated for various'districts, the City Council may direct that a density designation indicating maximum dwelling units per gross acre be affixed to the PR Zone suffix.
