By Minute Motion, continued the matter to the meeting of December 10,
2009, with Mayor Pro Tern Finerty and Councilman Kelly appointed to the
subcommittee, along with appropriate ARC Members, staff, and two or
three members of the public participating at this meeting, to provide further
study of the matter in the interim. 5-0

1) By Minute Motion referred the matter back to the subcommittee for
further consideration of all the points raised at this meeting, specifically
the distinction between a bus and a recreational vehicles, maximum height
level, and direct City Attorney to review the Grandfathering issue; 2) By
Minute Motion, appointed Mayor Pro Tern Ferguson to replace Councilman
Kelly on the subcommittee with Mayor Finerty; 3) Waived further reading
and adopted Urgency Ord. No. 1199A, to immediately impose a 45-day
moratorium on request for approval to park recreational vehicles on private
property until the City's Recreational Vehicle Ordinance has been
amended. 5-0

findings and imposing a 10 1/2 month extension to the existing 45-day
interim moratorium on issuance of permits to park recreational vehicles on

approving amended standards to Chapter 8.40 — Recreational Vehicles
(RVs) on Private Property — of Title 8 — Health and Safety — of the PDMC,
w/staff directed to look at the 24-hour temporary parking issue as the
