APRIL 25, 2019 — By Minute Motion, continued the public hearing, directing staff to come back with a revision of the Downtown Core Overlay District that: 1) Allows a fourth story on identified locations, subject to City Council approval; 2) directs that the view corridor be given all due consideration, first by a developer upon applying, followed by the Architectural Review and Planning Commissions' consideration thereof. 5-0 (AYES: Harnik, Jonathan, Kelly, Nestande, and Weber; NOES: None)
