AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING A PRE -ZONING DESIGNATION
OF OPEN SPACE, HILLSIDE PLANNED
RESIDENTIAL AND PLANNED COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY FOR A 104 UNIT
MAXIMUM PLANNED COMMUNITY REFERRED
TO AS "THE CREST"
CASE NO. C/Z 90-12
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pal Desert,
California, did on the 12th day of November, 1992, hold a duly
noticed public hearing to consider a request by Miller/Richards
Partnership for a 209 unit project as described above; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering
all testimony and arguments, if any, of all interested persons
desiring to be heard, said planning commission did find the
following facts to justify their actions, as described below:
Proposed zone change is consistent general plan amendment
and existing general plan land use designation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Palm Desert, as follows:
That the above recitations are true, correct and constitute
the findings of the City Council in these cases.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Palm
Desert City Council, held on this 25th day of February, 1993, by
the following vote, to wit:
