Case Nos. GPA 97-6, C/Z 97-11, and PP 97-12 (F&M Associates) (Continued from the meeting of September 24, 1998). Mayor Pro-Tempore Spiegel moved to: 1) Deny the request for general plan amendment, change of zone, and precise plan of design; 2) waived further reading and adopt Resolution No. 98-131, a resolution of denial for the aforementioned case numbers. Motion was seconded by Benson.
