Art in Public Places fee in the amount of $1,585 for an unrealized project at 73-411 Highway 111. Discussion: Allied District Properties, Corp. Is requesting a refund of $1,585 in Art in Public Places fees that were paid for a project at 73-411 Highway 111. Originally Allied District Properties, Corp. intended to do rehab work on the outside of the building, however, they have canceled this work and are therefore seeking a return of their fees. The deposit relates to a property located at 73411 Highway 111. We had intended on completing some rehab work to the outside of the building, however, this work has been canceled.
