Recommendation:
By Minute Motion, approve the return of Allied District Properties, Corp. Art in Public
Places fee in the amount of $1,585 for an unrealized project at 73-411 Highway 111.
Discussion:
Allied District Properties, Corp. Is requesting a refund of $1,585 in Art in Public Places
fees that were paid for a project at 73-411 Highway 111. Originally Allied District
Properties, Corp. intended to do rehab work on the outside of the building, however,
they have canceled this work and are therefore seeking a return of their fees.

At this time, I would like to request a refund of $1,585 for a deposit made to the Art in Public
Places Program. The deposit relates to a property located at 73411 Highway 111. We had
intended on completing some rehab work to the outside of the building, however, this work has
been canceled. Enclosed, please find documentation for payment of the $1,585.
