Recommendation: by minute motion approve and direct staff to destroy the remaining
blank Property Transfer Request/Release of Accountability Forms.
Background: The City of Palm Desert previously required the use of this form for the
disposal or transfer of property. Since this is being approved at the City Council level
the forms are now obsolete. The remaining forms are numbers 2113 to 2999.
It is staffs recommendation to approve and direct staff to destroy the remaining blank
forms for Property Transfer Request/Release of Accountability.
